Login Help

New login procedures will be used when you click on the Assignments and Availability tabs of the Main Menu. 

Log In

  • Username:  Enter the username that you created in Create Log In.
  • Password: Enter the password that you created in Create Login.
  • Click the Login button.

Create Log In

  • Your First Name:  Enter your first name exactly as it is in the USSF Registration Database.
  • Your Birthdate: Enter your birthdate exactly as it is in the USSF Registration Database.  You may use a format of either mm/dd/yy or mm-dd-yy.
  • Username:  Enter a Username that you will use to login to this website.  Maximum length is 16 characters.
  • Password:  Enter a password that you will use to login to this website.  length must be from 8 to 16 characters and contain at least one special character such as:  (@, #, $, %, &, *, +, !).
  • Validation Code:   Enter the six character validation code displayed in the image.  This feature is used to prevent malicious robots from completing this form. If the current image displayed is hard to read, click the link to change the Validation Code.
  • click the Add button to create your new username.

Forgot Password (Email Temporary Password)

  • Username:  Enter your previously created Username.
  • Validation Code:   Enter the six character validation code displayed in the image.  This feature is used to prevent malicious robots from completing this form. If the current image displayed is hard to read, click the link to change the Validation Code.
  • Click the Email Password button.  A randomly generated temporary password will be emailed to your email address contained in the database.  the next time you logon, you will be directed to the Change Password form.

Forgot Username (Email Username)

  • Your First Name:  Enter your first name exactly as it is in the USSF Registration Database.
  • Your Birthdate: Enter your birthdate exactly as it is in the USSF Registration Database.  You may use a format of either mm/dd/yy or mm-dd-yy.
  • Validation Code:   Enter the six character validation code displayed in the image.  This feature is used to prevent malicious robots from completing this form. If the current image displayed is hard to read, click the link to change the Validation Code.
  • click the Send Email button to email your username to your email address of record.

Change Password

  • Username:  Enter your previously created Username.
  • Old Password:   Enter your old password or the temporary password that was emailed to you
  • New Password: Enter a password that you will use to login to this website.  length must be from 8 to 16 characters and contain at least one special character such as:  (@, #, $, %, &, *, +).
  • Validation Code:   Enter the six character validation code displayed in the image.  This feature is used to prevent malicious robots from completing this form. If the current image displayed is hard to read, click the link to change the Validation Code.
  • Click the Change Password button.
