How to use the Availability and Registration Pages

How to submit your Availability to the Assignor:

  • To logon to enter your Availability, enter your Access Code.  Your Access Code is composed of the first letter of your first and last name followed by the two digit year, two digit month and two digit day of your birthdate.  Click the [View Availability] button.
  • Your Last and First Name, Ref Code and last posted availability is displayed. 
  • Availability Matrix:  You must check these boxes for each date that you will be available for assignment.

    • If this is the first time you are submitting your availability:  In the matrix of dates, check any boxes where you will be available for assignment.  If you check the All Day box, you cannot have to check any other boxes for that day. Leave the checkboxes unchecked if your are not available for the day are periods in that day.  Erros will be displayed for any ambiguous entries.

    • If you are making changes to availability previously submitted

      • If you have previously submitted your availability, your data should be displayed as previously submitted. Check or uncheck the checkboxes to indicate your availability or unavailability.

      • If you are not changing availability for a day, do not change any boxes for that day.

      • If you have previously said you would be available for specific days or periods and you are now unavailable for those dates or periods,    uncheck those boxes.

  • When your updates are completed, click the Confirm Availability button.  Until your click this button, your updates will not be saved.
  • The confirmation page will be displayed and you will be able to update any of the fields shown as well as view waht dates and periods you have said your would be available for assignment.
  • Are you pursuing an upgrade?  Check this box if you are pursuing an upgrade.
  • If you have checked that you are pursuing an upgrade, enter what Grade:  Enter the USSF Grade to which you are upgrading.
  • Affiliation:  Enter the names of the Clubs and Teams with which you or a family member have affiliation.  If you are a player or a coach or a family member is a player or a coach you should also enter the age group, league and division with which you or a family member has and affiliation.  (1000 character limit)

  • Additional Information:   Enter any additional information that will assist your Assignor in making your assignments.  (2000 character limit)

  • Contact Me:  Check this box if you want the Assignor to contact you after receipt of the email.

  • Send a copy ...: A copy of the Confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered unless you uncheck this box.

  • EMail Availability:  Click the [Email Availability] button when your data entry is complete.  A confirmation will then be displayed.  If any data is incorrect or missing an Error Page will be displayed.

How to submit your Registration to the Assignor:

The Referee Registration should only be completed if a) your Assignor has requested that you complete the registration; b) you are new to the State Association; c) you are changing previously submitted data.
  •  Check this box if you are have previously submitted a Referee Registration and you are changing the information previously submitted.

  • *Enter your Last and First Name in the first two text fields.

  • *Enter your birth date in Month/Day/Year format.

  • *Enter your email address.  If you have more than one, enter both and separate with a semi-colon (;).

  •  Enter your 16-digit USSF ID.  (If you are a new referee or do not know your ID, leave blank.  Do not enter your Social Security Number.

  • *Select your Gender from the pulldown list:

  • *Select your USSF Referee Grade from the Pulldown list.

  • *Enter the Date of your last USSF Certification test.  If your USSF testing and registration is not current you will not be given any assignments for the current  year.

  •  Enter your Address, *City, *State and *Zip Code.

  •  Enter your Home, Work and Cell Phone Numbers.

  • Send a copy ...: A copy of the Confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered unless you uncheck this box.

  •  EMail Registration:   Click the [Email Registration] button when your data entry is complete.  A confirmation page of what has been sent will then be displayed.  If any data is incorrect or missing an Error Page will be displayed.
