How to Retrieve your Assignments:

• All Assignments:

  • Your Assignments can be retrieved by entering your Access Code in the Access Code textbox.  Your access code is made up of the initials of your First and Last name and the Year, Month and Day of your Birth Day.  For example, if your name was John Doe and your birth date was May 15, 1992, your Access Code would be JD920515.

  • Click the View Assignments button.

  • If there are any games assigned that match the code you entered, they will be displayed. 

  • If there are no games assigned for the code you entered, the following message will be displayed:

     "No Assignments found or incorrect Access Code entered."

  • If there are two or more pages to be displayed there will be VCR buttons at the bottom of the page for you to view the Next, Previous, First or Last page and an indicator of what page you are on and the total number of pages.

             

   

• Print your Assignments:

• To print all of the games selected, click the button.  All games will be displayed in the grid without the paging.

• You can then print the Games displayed using your Browser Print or Print Preview function.

• In all cases you should enter the Print Setup function and change the page orientation to landscape and change the Left and Right Margin Settings to 0.25 inches. 

How to use the CarPool page:

• The CarPool page is provided to help you find fellow officials who have an assignment at the same time and field as you.

  • To view other officials who have been assigned to the same fields, enter the date you are interested in, including the /'s.

  • Then select the four character code for the field complex/location that you have been assigned.  The codes, if defined, are located near the bottom of the page.  For example, the code for the El Pomar fields is ELPO.  Enter this code in the Field Location textbox.  It can be either upper or lower case.

  • Click the View List of Officials button.

  • If there are any officials assigned that match the date and field location code you entered they will be displayed.

    • The list of officials is ordered by their '1st Game Time.'

  • If there are no officials assigned for the date and field location you entered, the following message will be displayed:

       "No entries for this Date and Location..."

  • If there are two or more pages to be displayed there will be VCR buttons at the bottom of the page for you to view the Next, Previous, First or Last page and an indicator of what page you are on and the total number of pages.  See figure above.
