• The Scheduled Games page provides the ability to view all games that have been scheduled by the Assignor.  This provides Referees, Administrators, Coaches and other interested parties with the opportunity to view games of interest to see the location, dates, times and teams scheduled.

• Games are listed in Date, Field and Time order.

How to Search for Scheduled Games

• Search for Games

  • All available Games will be displayed when first displaying the page.

  • Search criteria can be entered for the Team Age, Team Name, Game Date, Complex and League, combining one or more of the criteria. When combining search criteria connect with 'And' or 'Or'. See the examples, below.

  

  • At this time, dates must be enclosed with braces {08/23/2008} and days and months less than 10 must be prefixed with zero (0), (May=05).For Field Codes, see the Field Maps page.

  • The date must be the last entry in the search field.

  • After entering your search criteria, click the [Start Search] button.

  • When searching for games on a specific field, the search value must be enclosed with braces {DSGP-04}.

  • If no games are displayed you have either entered criteria for which there are no games or entered the criteria incorrectly.

  • If there are any games that match the criteria you entered, they will be displayed. 

  • When you first display the page and no scheduled games have been assigned, or if there are no games assigned for the criteria you entered, the following message will be displayed:

    •  "No Games Found"

  • If there are two or more pages to be displayed there will be navigation buttons at the bottom of the grid for you to view the Next, Previous, First or Last page and an indicator of what page you are on and the total number of pages.  You can also click on any of the page numbers displayed to go directly to that page.

    

     

  • Examples: 

    1)  To search by Date and Complex:  enter  DSGP and {08/23/2008} into the search field for games at Dicks Sporting Goods Park on Aug 23rd.

    2)  To search by Complexes and Date: enter DSGP or SHEA and {08/23/2008} into the search field for games at Dick's or Shea Stadium on Aug 23rd.

    3)  To search for all games at a Complex:  enter DSGP into the search field for all games at Dick's

    4)  To search for a specific league on a complex on a date, enter CYPC and DSGP and {09/13/2008} for all Presidents Cup games at Dick's on Sep 13rd.

    5)  To view all games, blank out the search field.

  
  

• Print Scheduled Games:

  • To print all of the games selected, click the button.  All games will be displayed in the grid without the paging.

  • You can then print the Games displayed using your Browser Print or Print Preview function.

  • In all cases you should enter the Print Setup function and change the page orientation to landscape and change the Left and Right Margin Settings to 0.25 inches.
