Help for Retrieve Assignments & Car Pool Pages

How to Retrieve your Assignments:

  • All Assignments:

    • Once you have logged in, your assignments will be displayed in a grid. The grid will also display whether you have previously Accepted any of your assignments.  Games that you have previously Turned-back should not be displayed.

    • If you do not have any games assigned, the following message will be displayed:

"(No Game Assignments Found)" will be displayed in the Assignments Grid.

    • If there are two or more pages to be displayed there will be VCR buttons at the bottom of the page for you to view the Next, Previous, First or Last page and an indicator of what page you are on and the total number of pages.

    • To Accept or Turn-Back any games, check the applicable checkboxes to the right of each assigned game.

    • You can Accept All games, Turn-Back All games or Clear All checkboxes by clicking the appropriate buttons above the displayed games.

    • In order to Confirm your assignments, you must click the Confirm Assignments button.  If you do not click this button any boxes that were checked will not be saved and your Assignor will not be notified.  Once you click this button, a confirmation page will be displayed.  Further Help will be available for display from that page.

  • View and Print all of your Assignments:

    • If all of your games are displayed in more than one page you may view all of the games by clicking the button.  All games will be displayed in the grid without the paging.

    • You can print the all of your assigned games by clicking the print button displayed above the grid of assigned games .

How to use the CarPool page:

  • The CarPool page is provided to help you find fellow officials who have an assignment at the same time and field as you.

    • To view other officials who have been assigned to the same fields, enter the date you are interested in, including the /'s.

    • Then select the four character code for the field complex/location that you have been assigned.  The codes, if defined, are located near the bottom of the page.  For example, the code for the El Pomar fields is ELPO.  Enter this code in the Field Location textbox.  It can be either upper or lower case.

    • Click the View List of Officials button.

    • If there are any officials assigned that match the date and field location code you entered they will be displayed.

      • The list of officials is ordered by their '1st Game Time.'

    • If there are no officials assigned for the date and field location you entered, the following message will be displayed:

"No entries for this Date and Location..."

    • If there are two or more pages to be displayed there will be VCR buttons at the bottom of the page for you to view the Next, Previous, First or Last page and an indicator of what page you are on and the total number of pages.  See figure above.
